Amazing Culinary Experience

I had the pleasure of dining at Pallete during my stay, and it was very nice. The five-course dinner featuring dishes like Chicken Spiedine and Sesame-crusted lamb loin was nice. The dessert selection was amazing, especially the Berry chocolate delivery. A huge shoutout to Chef Amit for curating such an exquisite menu and to Gregoire Verdin for his engaging wine guidance. Spacious and Comfortable Rooms
